This policy explains how Patient Thread Ltd ("PatientThread", "we", "us"), a company registered in England, collects and uses personal data on this website (meetariadne.app) and in the Ariadne suite of applications. What we collect

Enquiry and demo requests. When you submit a "Book a Demo" or contact form we collect your name, work email address, and organisation. Forms are processed by our hosting provider (Netlify) and delivered to us by email. We use them to respond to you, and for nothing else.
Billing. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Payment card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and are never stored by us.
Product accounts. When your organisation subscribes to an Ariadne module, we store your account email address and the content your team creates in the product. Application data is hosted with our database provider (Supabase).
Technical logs. Our hosting providers keep standard server logs (IP address, pages requested) for security and reliability.

Cookies

This marketing site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Essential cookies may be set when you sign in to an Ariadne application, and by Stripe during checkout, strictly to make those services work.

We process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to you), and account and billing data as necessary to perform our contract with your organisation. You have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any right, email chris@patientthread.com. You also have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Retention

Enquiry details are kept only as long as the conversation is live or reasonably expected to resume. Account data is kept for the duration of your organisation's subscription and deleted on request or within a reasonable period after the subscription ends.

Who we share data with

We share personal data only with the processors that run the service: Netlify (hosting and forms), Stripe (payments), Supabase (application data), and our email provider. We do not sell personal data. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Changes
