Terms of Service

Last updated 24 August 2026

These terms govern your use of this website (meetariadne.app) and, together with your order, your organisation's subscription to the Ariadne suite of applications ("the Services"), provided by Patient Thread Ltd ("PatientThread", "we", "us"), a company registered in England. Contact: chris@patientthread.com.

The Services

Ariadne is professional software for medical affairs and life-science teams. It is a productivity and information-management tool for professional users. It does not provide medical advice, and nothing in the Services is a substitute for professional judgement.

Subscriptions and payment

Your account and acceptable use

Your data

Content your team creates in the Services belongs to your organisation. You grant us the licence needed to host, process, and back it up in order to run the Services. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. On termination, we will delete your content on request or after a reasonable period.

Availability and support

We aim to keep the Services available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update, improve, or modify features, and will not materially reduce the core functionality your organisation subscribed to during a paid term.

Intellectual property

The Services, including their software, design, and branding, are owned by Patient Thread Ltd. These terms grant your organisation a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for its internal business during the subscription term.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our total liability arising out of the Services in any 12-month period is limited to the fees your organisation paid for the Services in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Termination

Either party may end a subscription with effect from the end of the current term. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms that is not remedied within 14 days of notice.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If we change these terms, we will post the new version here and update the date above; material changes affecting an active subscription will be notified to the account contact.
