Yes. A standard DPA is available on request and can be countersigned before you go live. All data is stored on EU servers (Supabase EU region) and processed under GDPR Article 28.
We are actively working towards ISO 27001 accreditation and maintain an ISO 27001-aligned information security management system with full documentation -- including risk register, access control policy, incident response plan, and business continuity plan. Available on request under NDA.
Annual subscription billed upfront. We offer a 30-day break clause for first-year contracts. Enterprise agreements can be structured to fit your procurement cycle — contact us to discuss.
All data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt). You own your data entirely. Full export is available at any time in standard formats (JSON, CSV, FHIR R4 where applicable). On cancellation, a complete data export is provided before deletion.
